Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of ManeFrame, an iOS app provided by Abstract Software.
By downloading, installing, or using ManeFrame, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License and permitted use
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ManeFrame for personal use on devices you own or control.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from ManeFrame except where applicable law permits despite this limitation.
App Store and platform terms
If you obtain ManeFrame through the Apple App Store, your use must also comply with Apple's applicable terms and policies.
You are responsible for maintaining a compatible iOS device and operating system version.
Your content and acceptable use
You are responsible for the photos and prompts you submit in ManeFrame and for having the rights needed to use that content in the app.
You agree not to submit unlawful content, content that infringes others' rights, or content you do not have permission to use.
You agree not to use ManeFrame to harass, impersonate, or harm others.
AI previews and disclaimers
ManeFrame generates illustrative hairstyle previews using AI. Results are for exploration and planning—they may not exactly match how a style will look on you in person or how a stylist will execute it.
ManeFrame does not provide professional cosmetology, medical, or other professional advice. Always use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals when making decisions about your appearance or health.
Purchases
Credits, subscriptions, and other in-app purchases are billed through Apple. Refunds and billing disputes are handled according to Apple's policies unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may change pricing, credit amounts, or free usage limits from time to time. Where required, we will present updated terms or pricing in the app or App Store listing.
Disclaimers
ManeFrame is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that ManeFrame or AI-generated previews will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device and environment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abstract Software and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of ManeFrame.
Our total liability for all claims related to ManeFrame will not exceed the amount you paid for the app or in-app purchases, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
These terms remain in effect until terminated. You may stop using ManeFrame at any time by uninstalling it.
We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date.
Your continued use of ManeFrame after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
