Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of Money Flow, an iOS app provided by Abstract Software.
By downloading, installing, or using Money Flow, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License and permitted use
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Money Flow for personal or internal business use on devices you own or control.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Money Flow except where applicable law permits despite this limitation.
App Store and platform terms
If you obtain Money Flow through the Apple App Store, your use must also comply with Apple's applicable terms and policies.
You are responsible for maintaining a compatible iOS device and operating system version.
Financial information and acceptable use
You are responsible for the expense and category information you enter in Money Flow and for how you use insights or exports from the app.
Money Flow is a personal tracking tool. It is not financial, tax, or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for professional guidance or official records.
You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes or in ways that violate the rights of others.
Disclaimers
Money Flow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that Money Flow will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device and environment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abstract Software and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of Money Flow.
Our total liability for all claims related to Money Flow will not exceed the amount you paid for the app or in-app purchases, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
These terms remain in effect until terminated. You may stop using Money Flow at any time by uninstalling it.
We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date.
Your continued use of Money Flow after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
