Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Patterns, an iOS app provided by Abstract Software.

By downloading, installing, or using Patterns, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Patterns for personal or internal business use on devices you own or control.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Patterns except where applicable law permits despite this limitation.

If you obtain Patterns through the Apple App Store, your use must also comply with Apple's applicable terms and policies.

You are responsible for maintaining a compatible iOS device and operating system version.

You are responsible for the content you add to Patterns, including videos and related information used in your practice workflow.

You agree not to upload unlawful content, infringing content, or material that violates the rights of others.

Patterns is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that Patterns will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device and environment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abstract Software and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of Patterns.

Our total liability for all claims related to Patterns will not exceed the amount you paid for the app, if any.

These terms remain in effect until terminated. You may stop using Patterns at any time by uninstalling it.

We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date.

Your continued use of Patterns after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
